 Amed is located in E of Bali, just 30min NE from Amlapura. The beach is covered by black sand and rocks. Not attractive but it is famous new diving spot for the huge drop of wall. The tourist area is not in the village of Amed. The road runs along the coast from Amed to the S. and most of the hotels and diving centers on the road 2km from Amed Village called Jemeluk Beach.
